Rode to Classy for lunch, while there dropped into parts looking for brackets to mount my antenna that used to be on the beer box I removed from my Ultra. Fellow behind the counter suggested I use antenna that mounts just behind windshield, small easy mount not noticeable. Great service & advice from Classy parts people! I have been to Classy Chassis many times for events over the last few years and have always been treated like a friend so when the time came to get a new to me bike it was obvious were to look...and i was yet again treated great, no pressure. Mike and Josh took the time to answer any & all questions I had...once I completed the purchase I had some upgrades I wanted done so off to the parts/service for me where again the experience was as welcoming and friendly as the sale...Jarrod and Zak were very patient with my babbling on about what i wanted to do...LOL
The bike was ready before promised time YEAH...Every one I talked to at Classy Chassis has been extremely friendly and helpful...Mike, Josh, Jarrod, Zak, Charlene, Trevor, Tennison...I have not talked to every one there but if the ones I have are an indication of the type of people they employ, I'm sure the rest are just as professional and friendly...It's good to know there are still people out there that take care of and respect their customers...five stars is not enough... I knew I wanted a RE Classic 350 in Desert Sand. That was it no compromise. Classy Chassis had just got one in stock. I bought it and Classy were good enough to hold onto it for me over the winter period for no extra charge. This already puts my revue up to 4 stars. They earned the 5th star yesterday. I do my own servicing and I needed a $20 spare part. I'm working 5 mins down the road from another RE dealer in Toronto so i figured I would call in. It was not an experience I ever want to repeat again. Ended up driving to Classy Chassis and it was while I was there that I realized how lucky I am to have such a great dealer that I can return to time and time again. Classy Chassis showroom is awesome and the spare parts department is clean and friendly with helpfull staff and a great selection of Motorcycle accessories.

Classy Chassis is a family business and it sure feels that way. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere but boydo they know motorcycles. I now own two Royal Enfields and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for service, advice or just a cup of coffee on a ride through that beautiful part of the Kawarthas. Throughout the process of trading and purchasing my Super Meteor, I was treated fairly and honestly by Mike and Josh and always felt that I matteredthats rare these days. Rode my 2009 FLHX to Classy Chassis in hopes of striking a deal for a trade on a newer and smaller bike. I had previously brought my bike there for some extensive maintenance and was pleased with their service. In 2 hours they had evaluated my trade-in, I did a test ride, and we agreed on a price for a 2018 Sportster 48. Thanks to Mike and Josh, the entire process was seamless and stress free. I had been looking for a Zero FX dual sport bike and not having any luck with my local dealer. I found Classy Chassis online and they happened to have the bike I wanted, so I sent a request for info. Mike got back to me quickly and we chatted. I had the sense that I was talking to a good person someone I could hang out with. I sent them a big bundle of money and Mike was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel like there was any pressure or risk. We've been dealing with Classy and the team for some time. Bought my first Harley there and have had 90+% of the service completed there. During my last service, Kenny brought to my attention that the bike was running lean and a little hotter than it should be. He recommended a tune....... so I bit the bullet and scheduled a Dyno-Tune. WELL...... Auto-Tune-Tennison spent about 3hrs with my 2012 CVO Custom RoadGlide. I honestly had no expectations going into it, but without doing a single mechanical thing to the bike, Tennison tuned the bike to it's most optimum performance levels. I gained 5hp and 3lbft of torque. May not sound like much to the laymen, but the bike runs better, is more responsive, actually seems to run a bit cooler and I could NOT be happier. Great customer service! When none of the other dealers had the part I wanted for my motorcycle, Charlene and team was able to find the part for me and express ship it all the way to the east coast in 3 days!! Best experience ever!! Highly recommend their service.
