Thanks so much to these guys for waking up my bike with the new dyno tune. Had my 2021 Street Glide upgraded from a 107ci to a128 ci. Than brought it to these guys and they set everything up with the dyno. My bike runs amazing. So much better than PUTT PUTT. Now Hold F# ON. Lol I was really impressed how they noticed a few bolts loose and measured tires without me asking. They go over and above. Thanks again. I first had the from suspension done on my 23 RGS. The customer service was top notch from my first phone call to the appointment to having it installed. I had the opportunity to test ride a couple Zero electric bikes while I waited.
My second experience was to have a S&S 475 cam installed. Again from the first phone call to inquire about having it done Jarrod was helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the parts and scheduled to bring the bike in for installation. Again great service above and beyond my expectation.
Today I had the bike dyno tuned by 10(his nickname). The bike is a beast. I enjoyed every minute of 2 hour ride home through the country side.
I cant forget the mechanics that worked on my bike. I dont know who they are but my bike always came back damage free and no grease / finger prints.
I highly recommend Classy Chassis. My experience here has been above and beyond my lack luster experience at the HD dealership. Keep up the good work. (Employee: Jarrod Easton)

I really hate giving these guys a 5 star rating ... but they don't have a 7, 9 or 10 in the system. Mike and Josh went the extra mile once again, making my purchase of a 2024 Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 a great experience. Right from ordering back in Feb. Mike saw to it I got the model variant and colour scheme I wanted. Earlier this week I had dropped off some accessories hardware to install myself today when picking up the new bike. Arrived this morning to be pleasantly surprised as Josh and the boys had installed the Givi bags for me. How cool is that? Another reason why it's worth the 100 mile ride to Classy. (PS ... Great support from Zak ordering in a replacement LED headlight for my bike. He coached me on the install to make the retrofit easier and even gapped the new spark plugs.
Charlene recommended the swoosh cleaning product as the only cleaner she uses on her bike.

What a pleasurable shopping experience!! We so enjoyed browsing around the beautifully appointed showrooms. All staff were so friendly and Charlene went above and beyond with her excellent customer service. We look so forward to returning to this store to pick up our order that Charlene has placed for us.
